Dear Blogstlakers,
Today I am going to let Jaxson speak for himself!
" today we got the next shipment of newbies, and its funny to see how scared and lost we must have looked three weeks ago. i will miss the group that left for the field, i really looked up to them. i dont know what happend but the language has taken off for me. i can understand what people say more or less, i can read the scriptures very slowly, but can figure out what it says, and can have a descent conversation with the latinoes. we celebrated thanksgiving yesterday, and the mish presidents wife cooked our meal and we had all the fixins, it was so good, and made me feel like for a second i was at home again, our district took turns sharing what we were thankful for. i have adapted to life here, i wake up, and i go 100 percent until 1030 when my head hits the pillow again, our whole district has adapted. 3 weeks and i have changed more than i did in 19 years. i am trying to think of some good stories, i cant send pictures until i get into the mission feild, we only get to take pictures every 3rd sunday as well so its hard to get alot of pictures so far."
