Scriptures

hey friends and family, this week has been awesome, great week of hard work. we had mission transfers when missionaries rotate around the country. last time we stayed in the bus terminal all night making sure everyone got on the bus and arrived safely but this time we delegated it out more and got alot more sleep.. such a better decision. the only sad part is that my good buddy elder goold got transfered, im gonna miss the kid a ton but as always life goes on, im getting more used to just missing people. its part of mission life. this week we went out with quite a few of the leaders of the church here in the city, we told them to strap on their boots and break their back packs out, we had a good time though and they enjoyed it, made most of them remember old times in the mission. we had a fun activity with all of the primary kids in the city. we had a MISSIONARY TRAINING CENTER FOR A DAY activity, all the kids had name tages and we spent the day teaching them how to be missionaries. it was so much fun. This week i was studying about the importance of scriptures in missionary work and especially the Book of Mormon. for my non mormon friends who read this http://ift.tt/1j5z9eF thats just a web link that explains what it is. But the purpose of the Bible and Book of Mormon are to testify of Jesus Christ, and when someone begins that new journey in life, they need some kind of guide, and as a missionary i can put into their hands that guide with the promise that i know it will work, because its what i use everyday in my own life, we need scriptures in order to stay on the path. i Know that the bible and the book of mormon are written by prophets, and can help all of us on this path we call life. so for all of you, mormons and non mormons alike READ YOUR SCRIPTURES.
