Spring Break

> Happy Spring Break!! > > from what i understand it is or has been or will be very soon, spring break, that is awesome. hope you guys enjoy it. i for one LOVE the fall, the change of leaves, brisk mornings and slightly warm afternoons. its awesome, the only down side is i still feel like it should be halloween and not even close. i also tell all the americans it feels like football season to me. > > so every six weeks, is a transfer, and every transfer all the missionaries in the mission rotate, or stay for another six weeks. my companion elder marinoski ended his two years as a missionary and so tonight im going to put him on a bus headed for home. and ill be staying here in tacuarembo for another six weeks, but the best part is my next companion is a guys named elder bedke. hes one of my best friends in the mission. we left the states together, spent nine weeks in mtc together in argentina, and have kept in touch ever since. we re both beyond stoked. he gets here tonight in the middle of the night. pictures will be sent next week. This past week though was very very normal, we spent the last two days going all over the city saying goodbyes with my comp. > > this coming week im traveling to montevideo with elder bedke for a meeting with the other leaders of the mission. my friends elder bulloch, elder mella, elder woods will all be there. all guys the came out to the mission with me. it will be amazing to see them. > > we are teaching two amazing people. Luis and Gloria. both about 55 years old. nicest people ever. their son died about 1 year ago, in a motorcycle accident. They ve been looking for peace in their lives ever since. Luis is also the reciever of a heart transplant. they say they have finally found peace in thier lives, and are coming to Christ. > > Being a missionary has been and continues to be the hardest but most rewarding experience of my life. Over coming fear, learning to love, watching so much pain and heartache. but all of it comes down to one solemn testimony, that i can say with confidence, based on my personal experiences, what i have felt, what i have seen, i know that Jesus Christ lives, and it is my testimony to all those that will hear. i hope all of you feel or can come to feel the same. > > love all of you.
